NHỮNG ĐÓNG GÓP MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

1. Luận án đồng công bố, mô tả 2 loài mới cho khoa học là Vi tử việt nam (Sporoxeia vietnamensis D. V. Hai, Z. L. Lin & S. Jin Zeng) thuộc họ Mua (Melastomataceae), Chàm lá bắc (Strobilanthes spathulatibracteata D. V. Hai, Z. L. Lin & Y. F. Deng) họ Ô rô (Acanthaceae) và đồng ghi nhận 2 loài bổ sung cho hệ thực vật Việt Nam là loài Rung thái (Rungia sinothailandica Z. L. Lin & Y. F. Deng) và loài Chàm lá răng cưa (Strobilanthes lamiifolia (Nees) T. Anderson) họ Ô rô (Acanthaceae).

2. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã cập nhật có hệ thống danh lục thực vật có mạch Khu BTTN Kim Hỷ với 1.446 loài thuộc 779 chi, 182 họ và 6 ngành, trong đó bổ sung 485 loài cho khu hệ, qua đó làm rõ đặc điểm cấu trúc và mức độ đa dạng của hệ thực vật trong khu vực.

3. Luận án đã xây dựng danh mục 219 loài nguy cấp, quý, hiếm và đặc hữu và đề xuất thứ tự ưu tiên bảo tồn trên cơ sở tích hợp nhiều nguồn dữ liệu; đồng thời cung cấp luận cứ khoa học khẳng định Khu BTTN Kim Hỷ là điểm nóng đa dạng thực vật núi đá vôi vùng Đông Bắc, có ý nghĩa cao đối với bảo tồn và nguồn gen quý hiếm.

1. The dissertation co-publishes and describes two species new to science, Sporoxeia vietnamensis D. V. Hai, Z. L. Lin & S. Jin Zeng (Melastomataceae), Strobilanthes spathulatibracteata D. V. Hai, Z. L. Lin & Y. F. Deng (Acanthaceae) and reports two newly recorded species for the flora of Vietnam Rungia sinothailandica Z. L. Lin & Y. F. Deng and Strobilanthes lamiifolia (Nees) T. Anderson (Acanthaceae).

2. The study provides a systematic update of the vascular plant flora of Kim Hy Nature Reserve, comprising 1,446 species in 779 genera, 182 families, and 6 divisions, including the addition of 485 species to the flora, thereby clarifying the floristic composition and diversity structure of the study area.

3. A checklist of 219 threatened, rare, precious, and endemic species is established, and conservation priority ranking is proposed based on the integration of multiple data sources. The results provide scientific evidence confirming Kim Hy Nature Reserve as a biodiversity hotspot of limestone flora in northeastern Vietnam, with high significance for plant conservation and genetic resources.
