1.    Đã tạo thành công bộ ba kháng thể đơn dòng từ kháng nguyên tái tổ hợp của ba chỉ thị sinh học AFP, DCP, TXN phục vụ cho chẩn đoán ung thư biểu mô tế bào gan.
2.    Đã sử dụng kháng thể đơn dòng tạo được để bước đầu nghiên cứu phát hiện ung thư biểu mô tế bào gan. Đồng thời đánh giá hiệu quả kháng thể về độ nhạy, độ đặc hiệu khi kết hợp ba chỉ thị này với nhau.

1.    New contributions of the dissertation include: 1- Successfully generated a set of three monoclonal antibodies derived from recombinant antigens of the biomarkers AFP, DCP, and TXN for use in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). 
2.    The obtained monoclonal antibodies were preliminarily applied to the detection of hepatocellular carcinoma. Their diagnostic performance—specifically sensitivity and specificity—was evaluated based on the combined use of the three biomarkers.
